Aviation Risk Management Program (AVRM)

One of Aerosafe’s most significant projects was to develop the aviation risk management program for the Royal Australian Air Force and Naval Aviation. The outputs of these projects saw the development of doctrine and policy at all levels, identification and definition of AVRM training needs, risk management tools, techniques and guidance, risk reporting framework and audit criteria.

The Quick Reference Guide provides information on the risk management process, key questions, aides, key definitions, thinking prompts and documentation templates all in a compact pocket size book. The Quick Reference Guide is structured to walk you systematically through the Australian and New Zealand Standard (AS/NZS) 4360.
